Designer catalogue rules
How requests, proposals and the catalogue order work — briefly and to the point.
Who sees my phone
Only the designer you chose. Before that, designers see the request without a name or phone, and we strip contacts from wishes and letters. If it doesn’t work out, you can choose another — then the contacts go to them.
How the order is decided
Places can’t be bought. “Recommended” is client reviews (a single five doesn’t beat forty reviews at 4.9), page completeness and how fast the designer replies to requests.
Who writes reviews
Only a client whose contact reached the designer through Uyut3D — after answering “We’ve agreed” or a week after choosing. Every review is moderated. A designer can’t delete or edit a review — only reply.
How many proposals come
An open request is seen by designers in your city (or working remotely, if that suits you) who offer the needed service. At most five can reply. A personal request is seen only by the designer you sent it to.
What the price in a proposal means
It’s the designer’s offer for your request, not a contract. You agree on the final price and scope directly after choosing.
How long a request lives
Two weeks. Then proposals close on their own, and your choice stays as it was. You can close it earlier in “My requests”.
